  • Advantages of joining Filton a ‘Members Club’

As a members club our members are, and always will be, our top priority.

Hybrid Tee Booking System in place

Lots of competitions across the sections to enjoy

Filton continues to invest money into the clubhouse and course to improve its offering to the members

2024 has seen the club begin their project of a New Par 3 Course, with 5 holes to be completed and open for play toward the end of 2025.

Autumn 2026 will also see the club commence its the journey to build a state of the art 14 bay Practice Range.

Without a doubt, our golf club is a year-round course and as such, during the winter months when lots of other local courses are closed or on mats or temporary greens, we remain open and endeavour to play on regular tees and greens.

  • Dress Code Policy

DRESS CODE – FILTON GOLF CLUB

At Filton, we are a modern and inclusive golf club. We believe that respectful behaviour — both on the course and in the clubhouse — is far more important than strictly enforcing how individuals should dress.

However, we understand that views on dress code can vary, so we ask visitors to please follow the guidelines below:

    In the Clubhouse

    • Smart casual clothing is welcome, including denim.

    • Baseball caps should be removed while indoors.

    • Footwear: Metal or soft spikes are not permitted in bar areas. Clean trainers are perfectly acceptable.

    • Mobile phones must be on silent or vibrate mode. Please restrict use to the lobby and emergency use only on the course.

    On the Golf Course

    • We accept that golf fashion evolves quickly. As a guideline, any recognised golf apparel available from a professional golf retail outlet is considered acceptable.

    • Golf shirts must have a collar. These may be worn tucked in or untucked, depending on the design.

    • Golf shorts should be tailoredCargo shorts are currently not considered appropriate golfing attire.

    • Socks of any length or style are acceptable if paired appropriately with golf attire.

    Not Permitted on the Course

    • Round-neck T-shirts

    • Sports shorts

    • Tracksuit bottoms

    • Jeans

    • Replica sports shirts (e.g., football/rugby shirts)

Anyone wearing clothing not deemed to be appropriate golf attire will be asked to change or may be refused access to the course.

Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for all members and guests.
